Manuel and Alejandra took us and Victor on a tour of some highlights of Toluca. The outstanding and spectacular highlight was the botanical gardens in the old market building in the center of the city. The conversion to a botanical garden and the creation of the amazing stained glass mural by Leopoldo Flores dates to 1980. The mural is titled "Cosmovitral".
