This sign urges citizens not to throw away any medicines that they are no longer using, but rather to donate that medicine to DIF, one of the local social service agencies. DIF will in turn dispense the medicine to those in need who can't afford to buy it.Can you imagine such a campaign in the US?Photos by Don Porter
