| Valparaiso Carnival Performers From Mendoza, Argentina

This year's festival recognizes friendship with Buenos Aires (another port city, like Valparaiso) and by extension all of Argentina. Mendoza is the Argentine city closest to Santiago and Valparaiso. Mendoza's city ballet company sent a troup of four dancers led by Yamila Talfiti. We loved their performance!!
