| Valparaiso - Festival Performers

A major attraction for natives and visiting tourists, the Valparaiso Festival de las Artes features dozens of programs as part of the Carnaval Cultural. This year the featured visiting city is Buenos Aires. Music, dance, theatre, art exhibits, all around town from Dec 27 to Dec 30. Here we have the big stage in Plaza Sotomayor and some of the performers.
