Along the road from Calbuco into Puerto Montt, we stopped to snap a photo of one of the thousands of bus stop shelters we had seen; many of them bearing advertising favoring Doris in some local election. We concentrated our Puerto Montt visit in the Angelmo district, which includes the port and flower, produce, and fish markets along with a very impressive artesania market. We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day (not all that common in Puerto Montt) along with the bonus of plenty of Saturday market activity.
