This photo shows us in our favorite gordita shop facing Plaza de la Constitución. We are about to enjoy our gordita supper; gorditas are a specialty made by slicing apart a fat (hence gordita) tortilla and stuffing in cheese, peppers, nopales, etc. The photo was kindly contributed by R'Lou Ellson. She took it during their visit to Queretaro in January 2010.
